Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee All cancellations require a 35% cancellation fee.

Hourly Trips Cancellations made within 72 hours of your pick-up time or after are non-refundable. If you decide to end your ride prior to the agreed scheduled time, the remaining time is non-refundable

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Trips Cancellations made within 72 hours of your pick-up or drop-off time or after are non-refundable.

Airport Pick-up and Drop-off Patrons have 15 minutes from their pick-up time to make contact with their chauffeur. Overtime pay or termination of the ride will apply after 15 minutes. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Rex Celeris of any flight changes, including early arrivals, delays and cancellations prior to boarding.

Rex Celeris is happy to give a full refund to the original form of payment if your arrival or departure flight is canceled with proof of flight cancellation.

Change Scheduled Trip Rex Celeris is happy to change your scheduled trip time if there is availability.

Grace Period There is a 15-minute grace period from the time your scheduled ride starts. Overtime pay or termination of the ride will apply after 15 minutes from the time your scheduled ride starts.

Discounted/Promotional Rates All discounted/promotional rates are non-refundable
